I most often work with women who feel exhausted from juggling all of their roles and responsibilities (while also feeling like they could be doing more), women who struggle with people-pleasing tendencies, over-functioning, and those who struggle to implement healthy boundaries.
I work with women to address these challenges by helping them understand the patterns that are keeping them stuck. We will explore ways to promote wellness and balance while also supporting healing your relationship with yourself.
I also provide individual therapy support for those experiencing challenges with anxiety, stress, life changes/transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem/self-confidence and those struggling with negative self-talk.

I don’t know that there has ever been a time where parenting has been more challenging, isolating and overwhelming than it is right now. And not to add insult to injury but it seems like everyone and their mother has an idea of the ‘right’ way to raise a kid which generally just exacerbates those feelings of isolation and overwhelm. The parents that I work with express feeling stuck or uncertain in their parenting practices. They often experience feelings of fear, shame, guilt and self-blame that create a space between how they want to show up for their kids versus how they typically show up for them. But what I hear most often, is that parents feel alone, stuck, and unsure of where to turn for support.
In my practice, I work to provide parents with that support. I work with parents to manage the thoughts and feelings that can make them feel disconnected from their intuition as a parent, explore ways to create greater connection and peace in your parent-child relationship and increase your feelings of confidence when it comes to your parenting practice.
