Whether it’s emotional outbursts, anxiety, or constant power struggles, I help parents understand what’s driving the behaviour and how to respond with greater clarity, calm, and connection.

It’s especially helpful for those struggling with patterns in communication, trust, boundaries, self-worth, or feeling disconnected in relationships. This service is for those who are looking to attend therapy to address relational concerns (friendship, romantic or familial relationships).
